How to become a member

JEAA membership is open to all Jersey estate agents, Jersey letting agents and Jersey managing agents, who wish to protect the consumer and encourage and maintain the highest industry standards.

All JEAA members are Propertymark Protected (which is included within the annual charge). Principals, Partners and Directors (PPDs) are also required to meet the codes of practice listed below in order for their company to become Propertymark Protected.
