The Association held its AGM on Wednesday 30th March, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Le Hocq Suite, with a number of member agencies attending.

The President – Nick Dodsley opened up welcoming everyone who joined. The president’s report for the year, highlighted the associations busy year which included meetings with Government, the JFSC, Jersey Landlord Association, the law society, discussion regarding regulation of property agents, 3 breakfast meetings with different topics, Propertymark workshop, and the Diamond Ball (which raised over £10,100 for ABC and FoJO).

Nick welcomed our new member firm, Dandara, and mentioned that we have two further firms in the process of applying.

Nick explained that the Association are pleased to learn that many members have signed up or taken Propertymark exams at both Levels 3 and 4 in sales, lettings and property management.

The President, Vice-President and Committee all agreed to stand for a further term of office. Nick finished the AGM, thanking all the committee for their time and effort during another, albeit slightly less challenging year.
