The JEAA are pleased to report that their first Zoom meeting was held on Wednesday 9 September at 9.15 am with an informative mortgage presentation given by Lloyds Bank International.
Gill Hunt – President of the JEAA and NAEA Propertymark Regional Executive for the Channel Islands opened the presentation by thanking members for attending and then introduced Jason Lewis, Business Development Manager and Maria Sutcliffe from Lloyds Bank International.
The presentation highlighted their “Bringing Banking To You” service, described as “… a financial well being service, where one of our experts can sit down with you at a time and place of your choice. We can do home and work visits and the service is free and available to all”. An update on residential and buy to let mortgages was included.
In addition, Jason spoke about the Lloyds Bank Foundation Channel Islands, whereby the bank will award grants across Jersey and Guernsey to registered Channel Island charities, determined by their Board of Trustees, who meet three times a year to discuss and agree grant applications.
