The JEAA held their first breakfast meeting of the year on Wednesday 19th January at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Le Hocq Suite.

JEAA President, Nick Dodsley thanked members for attending and introduced the speakers George Pearmain Director of Financial Crime Strategy & Bastian Herstein Associate Director of Civil Penalties Regime from the Government of Jersey, who joined the JEAA to talk about Amendments to Civil Financial Penalties.

The JEAA hold regular meetings for all member agents who prove their professionalism and commitment to the industry by keeping up to date with the latest legislation.

We are supporting all our member firms in their Membership of NAEA Propertymark and encouraging all our members to undertake the professional exams for NAEA Propertymark (Sales) and also ARLA Propertymark (Lettings). 

We encourage all vendors and buyers to choose a member agent to ensure best practice.
