JERSEY ESTATE AGENTS’ ASSOCIATION RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW OF THE REGULATION OF JERSEY ESTATE AGENTS – ECONOMIC AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS SCRUTINY PANEL PUBLISHED ON 9 MARCH 2022
The Jersey Estate Agents’ Association (JEAA) has welcomed the Scrutiny Panel’s Report into the Estate Agents industry. Nick Dodsley, President of the JEAA said “We are pleased with the Scrutiny Report into our industry. It should be noted that some 40% of Estate agents are members of a redress scheme, through membership of the JEAA or direct membership of Propertymark. As the JEAA, we welcome enquiries from those Estate Agencies who seek to join a redress scheme and benefit from our local engagement with both Government and wider industry bodies”.
